Mr.Naamala Samson (35), Tanzanian, is an entrepreneur, co-founder and Director of Training and Innovations of LaKisha Solutions (T) Limited. Also, working with BRAC TANZANIA FINANCE LIMITED as a Learning and Development Manager. For more than fifteen (15) years, Naamala has been engaged in trainings and capacity building programs. His career journey continued as he studied his bachelor and masters degrees at the department of Fine and Performing Arts (FPA), University of Dar Es Salaam in 2007-10 and 2010-12 respectively.
Beatrice is a development work professional who has carved a niche in project management, youth development, resource mobilization and other 21st Century Skills including critical thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence and dynamic team building. Beatrice’s work colleagues describe her as a diligent, passionate, and motivated youth leader with a passion for inclusive youth development, events coordination, resource mobilization and human rights issues among others. She successfully built an enviable reputation as a legal and corporate law associate with rich knowledge in corporate legal counsel, communication and advocacy skills, administrative support skills and reporting.
Yusuph Pandisha is Tanzanian Young Man hold a Bachelor degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Dar es Salaam, registered and certified Environmental Expert. I have been working with various youth initiatives and organization since 2015 include JEMA, TEFA and TAYEN. For the past 6 years have been mobilizing more than 300,000$ through proposal writing and fundraising program. I have been championing youth program and project since 2015 and I have been recognized by various local and international organization through demonstrating leadership in environmental conservation and youth development program include Flora and Fauna International, WWF, UNESCOand GYBN. attended various leadership program include YALI.
Florenciana Msovela is Tanzania young women with the bachelor degree in Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) with three years experience in the field ,she is passionate on
youth development issue especially adolescent girls and young women development.
She is project management specialist, with over 9 years work experience in delivering donor funded integrated youth and children programs, social project management consultant, strategic leadership, operational management and program coordination. Strong skills in program designing, team management, writing successful proposal to a broad range of donors, a resultdriven person, increasing community benefit and create mutually beneficial outcomes for community stakeholders and organization. Saraphina possess great communication skills. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Cooperate Management and Bachelor Degree in Community Development.
Zaituni Njovu is the Co founder and Executive Director at Zaina Foundation an Organization which promotes the state of digital rights and inclusion in Tanzania through empowering women in Technology. She is the Digital Security Trainer, Localisation Advocate, Usable Trainer and Safe Sisters Fellowship Alumni. She has been participating in Digital Rights convenes and workshops both inside and outside the country. She is the champion in Internet Freedom in Africa. She received the Human Rights Heroes award from Access Now June 2019 due to her work of supporting communities at risk in Tanzania. In 2022 she received Binti Makini Award from Wasafi Media and Mwanamke na Uongozi during commemoration of International Women’s Day in Dar es salaam for her work of bridging the digital gender divide.
Grace Mapunda is Tanzanian Young female hold a bachelor degree on BSc. Biological Sciences (Honours) University of Essex and Masters of
Public Health (MPH) from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences. She is hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic Public Health personal with more than 2 years’ experience.
