About the Project
Empowering Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) with Skills and Opportunity
The Her Voice -UJUZI WANGU Project is a transformative initiative aimed at equipping adolescent girls and young women from Tanzania with practical skills for self-reliance and economic independence. the project provides intensive training in areas such as tailoring , hairdressing, computer skills, baking,and business development.



Our Vision
With her voice, we enable young women from disadvantage background in Tanzania to full utilize their training and contribute to their community.
VOYOTA is committed to making this vision a reality, with the goal of reducing unemployment and promoting gender equality by scaling across more districts by 2027, launch additional vocational centres, and hubs to enable greater economic independence for girls and young women throughout Tanzania.
What we do.
We deliver six-month vocational training in sewing, hairdressing, baking, computer literacy, English, and business development.
Complement practical skills with life skills, SRH education, leadership training, and community engagement.
Incubation space /workstation /hub that translate and empower graduates from training to self sufficient careers through real work experience.
