As healthy improvement to AGYW (Adolescents Girls and Young Woman), VOYOTA and Her Voice project with engagement of other partners at TICD (Tengeru Institute Of Communities Development) come up with Her Voice symposium 2022 so as to create awareness to AGYW on decision making through inclusion and advocacy on their health and rights.

The symposium provides the knowledge and adressing the big challenge for less engagement is adolescents and young woman to keep themselves behind to inner leadership position which they can us it as a platfurm for raising their voice on health rights and needs. In order to make the decision which will come up with positive out put on their issues.

The way foward was establishing woman leadership course under national woman research documentation to assist them cheap into positions to be heared for improvement of their health rights.
